We remind you that due to the coronavirus pandemic, Wilmed clinic enforces strictly defined and unconditionally required hygiene and safety rules until further notice. Adhering to these rules significantly reduces the risk of SARS-CoV-2 infection.

Experts agree – in the upcoming autumn weeks, a second wave of the coronavirus pandemic is expected, which unfortunately will coincide with the annual increase in bacterial infections, flu-like illnesses, and influenza cases. Since the beginning of the pandemic, Wilmed clinic has implemented specific procedures aimed at protecting both patients and staff. According to specialists, adhering to these rules will be especially important in the near future!

We remind you that before scheduling an appointment, a telephone interview regarding the patient’s health status and any symptoms that may indicate SARS-CoV-2 infection is conducted – only patients without suspected infection are scheduled. Please arrive punctually for consultations to avoid contact with other patients in the waiting room and come without companions (except for children, elderly, and disabled persons). Wearing protective masks is mandatory throughout the facility, and hands must be disinfected before entering the clinic. Completing a special questionnaire is required before proceeding to reception. All our staff, including doctors, use the required personal protective equipment. All surfaces and equipment in the clinic are regularly disinfected. We encourage payments by card.
