Mesotherapy with Fine Needles

Mesotherapy with fine needles is a non-surgical medical procedure acting locally, involving the direct introduction of regenerating and nourishing substances into the dermis. Mesotherapy improves skin firmness and hydration and helps eliminate fine wrinkles on the face, neck, and décolleté.

The mesotherapy treatment is intended both for people who notice the first signs of skin aging and for those whose aging processes are more advanced.

The procedure is performed using a very fine needle, through which appropriately selected preparations are introduced, mainly containing hyaluronic acid and other ingredients individually chosen for each patient, such as vitamins, substances derived from algae, green tea, etc. This method is practically painless. For patients with a very low pain threshold, anesthesia with a numbing cream is applied 30 minutes before the procedure. After the treatment, small elevations resembling a drop of water under the skin are visible. Injection marks gradually disappear over about 2 days but do not require home recovery.

Hyaluronic acid, the main component of mesotherapy cocktails, is a compound naturally present in the skin, where it binds water. Over time, the amount of hyaluronic acid in the skin decreases, the skin loses firmness, becomes dry, and wrinkles appear. Vitamins delivered during mesotherapy support increased collagen production and inhibit free radical reactions.

The number and intensity of treatments depend on the skin condition and patient expectations. In the intensive phase, about 4 treatments are recommended at 2-3 week intervals. In the maintenance phase, 2-3 treatments per year are advised.

Before the procedure, a medical consultation is conducted during which the doctor selects the appropriate preparation for the patient and thoroughly explains its mode of action.
