Clinical Trials

At the WILMED clinic, we provide, among others, highly specialized medical services in oncological surgery and oncology, under the patronage of Prof. dr hab. n. med. Tadeusz Pieńkowski, president of the Polish Society for Breast Cancer Research. Additionally, for many years we have had contracts with the National Health Fund for dermatology, proctology, and oncological surgery outpatient clinics. Our center’s medical team consists of over 30 doctors trained and certified in GCP, ISO14155, and IATA, as well as qualified nurses and coordinators.

With our surgical facilities, we perform a range of modern operations and procedures in general surgery, oncological surgery, plastic surgery, proctology, phlebology, gynecology, orthopedics, and aesthetic medicine. Patients are also consulted by rheumatologists, endocrinologists, dermatologists, cardiologists, and internists.

Years of experience, a highly trained staff, high quality of services offered, and the ability to adapt to sponsors’ requirements have allowed us to expand our activities in clinical research. Studies are conducted in accordance with ICH-GCP guidelines (good clinical practice), Polish legal regulations, and EMA (European Medicines Agency) and FDA (Food and Drug Administration) regulations. The clinical research center was established based on over a decade of experience of our Investigators gained during numerous international phase II, III, and IV clinical trials. Our investigators’ work has been repeatedly highly rated by auditors and FDA inspections.

We conduct clinical trials both on behalf of Clinical Research Organizations (CROs) and pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.
